About me

Hi I am Maya and I always found yoga to be a great way to support my body. So when I got pregnant I started researching if yoga was still possible to do. And I was very happy that I didn’t have to stop my yoga during pregnancy. After the birth of my daughter Angelique I thought to myself to share my experience with all pregnant women that love to keep on doing yoga while pregnant.
