On this page I will put up some pregnancy yoga videos people made for me so I can share them with my audience.
Some things to remember about prenatal yoga are:
Let the yoga asanas be free flowing. The movements should be fluid and graceful. Never hold one pose for too long. Flow in and out of the postures.
So before we start with the pregnancy yoga poses you have to develop breath awareness and remember to inhale and exhale appropriately while performing the asanas (poses), synchronizing each moment with your breath.
