1. Mountain Pose
2. Warrior Pose
3. Seated Forward Bend
4. Tree Pose
5. Shoulder Lift
6. Relaxation
Let the yoga asanas be free flowing. The movements should be fluid and graceful. Never hold one pose for too long. Flow in and out of the postures.
Develop breath awareness and remember to inhale and exhale appropriately while performing the asanas (poses), synchronizing each moment with your breath.
